How Long Should I Stay on a Diet to Lose Weight
A frequently asked question we hear from people who are overweight is this: How long should I stay on a diet to lose weight and get back in shape? We try to answer, hoping to give you good advice. A healthy diet consists of foods that contain substances necessary for life, can last forever. In short, the diet quality can become your lifestyle, and then you will not ever abandon or betray the other diets. But you also understand what a healthy diet and as a temporary diet. The temporary diets usually make you lose the pounds but require many sacrifices. In addition, many people quickly recover the lost weight with low calorie diets or too extreme.
For a healthy diet however, we mean the average diet, which does not fall below the 1800 calories but do not overdo it with the latter. For example, a diet that consists of 5-6 meals throughout the day, meat, vegetables, fruit and food quality as those just mentioned, can become a lifestyle to follow forever, so you do not get fat and never keep the line even at 40 years. Initially, these diets may seem bad and hard to follow, but when your body gets used to your new way of eating, you’ll see that it will be easier to resist and, in a few months will seem to lead your normal lifestyle.
Follow the diet for 1-2 months to consider healthier than ever and you will always want to maintain the diet and therefore have a better line. And way of life that counts, not a diet of 1 month that I take all the weight loss over the same period of time. Do you agree with us? Do you think the time is right to change the lifestyle and diet?
